Qualifications

• Experience in quick service restaurant environment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move freely in the kitchen.

• Basic math skills for making change, measuring ingredients.
• Read and follow instructions and safety guidelines; reliable and punctual.
• Clear verbal communication and a positive attitude.
• Team player with openness to feedback.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items to Wallace Chicken standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot the POS system, ensure accurate order entry, and monitor cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all kitchen stations.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment including fryers, slicers, grills, and warmers.
• Stock, rotate, and manage inventory to ensure fresh, ready-to-serve food.
• Follow all food safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks and closing/opening checklists.
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient service and smooth handoffs.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs, customer orders, and rush periods.
• Uphold all company rules, including dress code, safety standards, and behavior expectations.

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling our signature meals with consistency, speed, and care. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen while delivering the high standards that keep guests coming back. Key Responsibilities
