Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a part-time Crew Member at our Indianapolis park. You will work onsite in Operations, interacting with guests and supporting multiple stations to deliver safe, engaging experiences.

This entry-level role requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays; no formal education required. You’ll gain hands-on training across stations like Front Desk, Café, and Party Support, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.

JOB SUMMARY

Crew Members are frontline team members responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and memorable guest experience across multiple operational stations within the park. This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability. Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs. Station assignments are not guaranteed and may change at the discretion of park leadership. Operational stations may include: Court Monitor Greeter / Park Support Party Host Party Coordinator Café Front of House (FOH) Café Back of House (BOH) Front Desk (Sales) Park Training Marketing Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities (All Stations)

Compensation starts at $11.00/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the ability to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation – Ability to stand and move throughout the park for extended periods. Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in a loud indoor environment. Ability to respond quickly to safety situations.
