Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join our Operations team at the park location. You will deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations, learn core park operations, and contribute to teamwork and safety daily.

This role supports various stations including FOH, BOH, front desk, cafe, park training, and marketing support, with training provided. This position is ideal for motivated individuals age 16+ with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Crew Members are frontline team members responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and memorable guest experience across multiple operational stations within the park. This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability. Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs. Station assignments are not guaranteed and may change at the discretion of park leadership. Operational stations may include: Court Monitor Greeter / Park Support Party Host Party Coordinator Café Front of House (FOH) Café Back of House (BOH) Front Desk (Sales) Park Training Marketing Support

Party Host

• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation – Ability to stand and move throughout the park for extended periods.

Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.

Ability to communicate effectively in a loud indoor environment.

Ability to respond quickly to safety situations.

Compensation starts at $10.00/hr. Full pay range goes up to $11.00 USD per hour and is based on qualifications and experience.
