Primary Requirements of a Jersey Mike's Employee

• Effectively work alongside a team of 3-4 members
• Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
• Provide customers with top-quality products and service
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience

Qualifications for the Job

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
