Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple park stations. You will support entrances, concessions, front desk, and event roles as needed, while upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability and strong communication in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop guest-service and operations skills throughout your shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.

This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability.Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs.
