Bluemont Group is hiring a Crew Member in Tennessee. You will serve coffee, prepare orders, and operate the register as part of a team dedicated to energy, positivity, and friendly service.

Salary range is $12.00 to $15.00 per hour. Available shifts include 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, day and night, with Monday to Friday and weekend availability.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standards
