Job description

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs job responsibilities to ensure all products are of high quality and customers are satisfied.

This position involves physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods. The manager will review essential job functions, which are fundamental activities conducted daily or regularly that impact the restaurant's success.

Crew Members will be scheduled based on Little Caesars' business needs; therefore, no hours are guaranteed.

1. Serve customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures.
2. Prepare high-quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and procedures as described in the CARDS materials, cashier certification program, and station job helpers.
3. Display the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook and/or as directed by management.
4. Clean and organize work stations and other areas to maintain restaurant standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
5. Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook and recommended or required by government agencies.
6. Follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as directed by management.

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.
• Ability to twist the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
• Ability to bend the back up to 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
