A Jersey Mike's Team Member helps provide excellent customer service, maintains cleanliness of work stations, prepares orders, rings up sales, assists with delivery truck unloading twice a week, and handles general cleaning.

Our restaurants operate from 10 am to 9 pm daily, 7 days a week, with some holiday exceptions. Shifts start as early as 7 am and end as late as 9:30 pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Delivering top-quality food
• Modeling a sense of urgency for peers
• Following Jersey Mikes policies and procedures

Employees are expected to:

• Be punctual and reliable
• Maintain open communication with management
• Adhere to Jersey Mikes standards
• Work scheduled hours based on provided availability
