Sully's Steamers Gainesville is seeking a Crew Member to deliver friendly service and help prepare our steamer-bagel sandwiches in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with a team to meet guest needs, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and quality guidelines. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are available in our Gainesville location.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and basic software tools.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment.

Job Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for delivering great and friendly service. You’ll prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve customers in a clean, fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and steam Sully’s world-famous Steamed Bagel Sandwiches
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure the cleanliness of our dining and kitchen areas
• Follow operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and service.
