Job summary

Culver’s is hiring energetic True Blue Crew members to join our team in Texas. You’ll interact with guests, deliver friendly hospitality, and be part of a family-owned operation that values hustle and heart.

Sunday day/night shifts and Monday-Thursday evenings may be required as we keep Culver’s busy with guests. We offer flexible hours, closed holidays, uniforms provided, meal discounts, paid breaks, and opportunities to grow with the owners.

Flexible Hours

You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school, church or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. Sundays are required as it's a busy day for us (though you may not be scheduled).

Closed Holidays

Closed Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner

We have a family of owners, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who will work the line with you. We invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift / carry 10# to 50#. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.
