General Overview

This website is not operated by Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems. Jersey Mike's restaurants are independently owned and operated franchise locations. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wages and benefit programs, which can vary. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions are made by the franchisee. Employees will work the front counter, be responsible for customer service, making sandwiches, interacting with customers and co-workers, and completing store operations. The expectation is to uphold Jersey Mike's operational standards.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
• Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
• Maintain a clean store and workplace
• Set up the store, including food preparation
• Food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Usage of slicer (18 years old and above only)
• Usage of tomato slicer (17 years old and above only)
• Follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities

Physical Demands
