We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our Aloha POS system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
• Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling when appropriate
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Qualifications
