Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Team Member in Minnesota to help prepare food and beverages and assist guests with smiles. You will support daily restaurant operations, follow brand standards, and participate in training while delivering friendly service.

This position supports flexible scheduling with opportunities for advancement and employee benefits including discounts and training opportunities as part of a franchisee team.

Qualifications

• You are 16 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You have strong guest service skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Smiling and always saying “YES!” to guests.
• Adhere to schedule and arrive on time.
• Follow Brand standards and systems to deliver quality food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation and perform guest area cleaning as directed.
• Complete required training and assist in training other team members.
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare products following recipes and procedures.
• Follow cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and safety procedures.
• Comply with franchise policies.

• ?Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
• ?Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
• ?Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Qualifications

• ?You are 16 years of age (or higher, per applicable law)
• ?You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
