Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in North Carolina is hiring for Crew Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will support front- and back-of-house operations, greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and help with food prep and kitchen duties.

We offer on-the-job training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. Pay ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, with overtime available for top performers for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently.
• Greet customers, take orders and handle payments.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Brew iced tea, fill beverage orders and keep the counter area clean and stocked.

Our crew members are trained across the board on all main functions related to restaurant general operations - from Front of the House (Cashiers and Food-runners) to Back of the House (Cooks - Food Prep and Cook Line)

Crew Member Responsibilities:
