Job summary

Culver’s in Derby, CT is hiring for a daytime Team Member. This entry-level role offers flexible hours between 6am and 5pm and no prior experience is required. You will work alongside a family-owned restaurant team that values a friendly, step-by-step approach to great customer service.

As a Team Member, you’ll help with taking orders, serving meals, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. Uniforms are provided and meal discounts are offered to staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Flexible hours (6am–5pm) to accommodate other commitments.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly, lift/carry up to 50lb.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders and serve items in a friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and prep areas.
• Help with meal preparation, stocking, and basic kitchen duties as needed.
