A Jersey Mike's Team Member helps provide excellent customer service, maintains cleanliness of work stations, prepares orders, rings up purchases at the register, assists with putting away deliveries twice a week, and performs general cleaning duties.

Our restaurants operate from 10 am to 9 pm daily, 7 days a week, excluding certain holidays. Shifts start as early as 7 am and end as late as 9:30 pm.

All hourly employees are paid by the hour, with tips added to bi-weekly paychecks. Unlike the tipped wage, we pay above the minimum wage, and tips are additional earnings gained through efficient service.
