Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member to join our restaurant team. You’ll contribute to high-quality product preparation and friendly customer service, while adhering to brand standards and safety policies.

You’ll perform duties such as following recipes, maintaining clean stations, and supporting the shift to ensure smooth operations. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and standing for extended periods on busy days.

Qualifications

• Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.
• Twist back up to 90 degrees left and right.
• Bend back up to 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.

Job description

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs his or her job responsibilities in such a way that all products the Crew Member makes are of high quality and the customers the Crew Member serves are satisfied.

This position requires physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing up for long periods of time on any given day. The manager will review the essential job functions, which are normally defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that will affect the success of the restaurant.

• Crew Members will be scheduled according to Little Caesars business needs and therefore no guarantee of hours can be made.
• Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures.
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars® recipes, specifications and procedures as described in the CARDS materials, cashier certification program and as shown on the station job helpers.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook.
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Employee Handbook and recommended or required by government agencies.
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as directed by management.
