Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos Dalton is seeking a friendly Crew Member to greet customers, take orders, and serve food with accuracy and speed. You will operate the POS, handle cash and card payments, and follow safety and recipe procedures.

We value flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays), strong English communication, neat appearance, and professional conduct to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follows company recipes and procedures.

CREW MEMBER

At Hot Harry's, we serve fresh made-to-order burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and more. Salsas and recipes made from scratch daily. Also serving breakfast and Saucy Wings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Crew Member prepares and serves food and drinks to customers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she interacts with customers and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and rings guest orders, collects cash, and processes credit charges following company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
