Job summary

Wings Over is hiring Crew Members to join our team and cross-train in Front of House and Back of House roles. You will greet guests, take orders, bread, fry, sauce, and assemble items while keeping workstations clean and compliant with health and safety standards.

We value friendly, genuine customer service and a team-oriented environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; full-time and/or part-time roles may be available. Wings Over is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and on the phone; take orders in POS system.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow health/safety guidelines.
• Deliver friendly, gold-standard guest experiences; address questions or complaints.
• Contribute to store goals and sales growth.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and wear Wings Over uniform.

The Opportunity

Wings Over is seeking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be cross-trained in both Front of House and Back of House workstations.

Day in the Life (includes, but is not limited to)

• Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations to include greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
• Helps deliver our promise of amazing food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
• Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code
• Other related duties as assigned
