Job summary

Wings Over is hiring Crew Members to join our team. You’ll be cross-trained in Front of House and Back of House duties, greeting guests, taking orders, food prep, and maintaining clean workstations. You’ll participate in a positive, collaborative environment with opportunities for advancement and weekly pay.

Legal US work authorization is required, with flexible availability including nights, holidays, and weekends. Join us for a fast-paced role in a beloved wings-focused restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations, greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
• Keeps workstations clean, organized, and adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Delivers gold standard experiences to customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving questions, concerns, or complaints
• Contributes to Wings Over store goals and sales growth
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Wears Wings Over uniform and follows dress code
• Other related duties as assigned

Day in the Life (includes, but is not limited to)

• Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations to include greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
• Helps deliver our promise of amazing food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
• Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code
• Other related duties as assigned
