Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is looking for part-time Sky Zone Crew Members in Chicago, IL. This role offers an opportunity to build essential skills across departments including customer service, safety management, and effective communication.

Position Overview

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates that have the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more! The role includes court monitor, café associate, party host, front desk, and membership sales positions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues at all crew stations.
• Commit to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role (entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.) is ideal but not required. Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Lifting and/or moving a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Compensation

Compensation starts at $16.20/hr. Full pay range goes up to $17.20 USD per hour and is based on qualifications and experience. Full-time team leads are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision, with 401(k) eligibility based on age and tenure requirements.
