Bluemont Group is seeking a part-time Crew Member at the Chatsworth location to deliver friendly guest experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare drinks and food while maintaining clean workstations and adhering to health and safety standards.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with day and night shifts available.

Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standards
