Jersey Mike’s is looking for a Closing Shift Lead for 2pm–10pm shifts. This is a leadership position that will be trained; the Shift Leader title is awarded upon completion of the Sub Trail.

Requirements

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about "Mike's Way".
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering high‑level service.
• Ensure high food quality and customer/employee safety.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through the doors.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
• Open, close, prep, and clean the store as required.
