Job summary

Culver's in Illinois is hiring entry-level crew members to join the True Blue Crew. Positions are year-round with flexible hours, weekends, and some shifts until 10:30 PM. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and commit to training in various positions.

Benefits include starting pay at $15 per hour, free uniforms, employee meals at Culver's, and a friendly team environment where you’ll learn and grow while serving delicious ButterBurgers and the Flavor of the Day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook ButterBurgers to order and ensure quality.
• Scooping and serving Frozen Custard/Flavor of the Day.
• Work as part of a friendly team to deliver great guest experiences.
