Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Crew Member to create and package delicious menu items, assist guests with customization, and take orders with accuracy. You will prepare drinks and food at your station, maintain safety and sanitation, and keep the dining area clean while remaining a proactive team player.

Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is required, with strong communication to motivate the crew and ensure a SuperSONIC experience for every guest.

Job description

As a SONIC Drive-In Crew Member which may include Frozen, Fountain, Expo, or Switchboard your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience by:

• Creating and packaging delicious menu items
• Trying to beat your best record, every time
• Being proactive (If you're not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!)
• Continuously communicating with the team to help motivate
• Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
• Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
• Taking customer orders and accurately processing order changes as needed
• Preparing drinks, frozen treats, and food items at assigned stations, including grill and fryer as needed
• Checking menu items for product quality, accuracy, and consistency before serving or packaging
• Cleaning assigned restaurant areas, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, and sanitizing food preparation areas
