A Jersey Mike's Team Member helps provide excellent customer service, maintains cleanliness of work stations, prepares orders, rings up sales, assists with putting away deliveries twice a week, and performs general cleaning.

Our restaurants operate daily from 10 am to 9 pm, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 9:30 pm. All hourly employees are paid hourly, with tips added to bi-weekly paychecks. We pay above the minimum wage for non-tipped employees, and tips are additional earnings earned through efficient service.
