Job summary

Bluffton, OH is seeking a friendly, reliable team member to support food preparation, stocking, and customer service in a high-volume setting.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You may lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible shifts, including peak hours and opening/closing duties.

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3' hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55" high and 4' deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
