Job summary

Little Caesars Biloxi is seeking a Crew Member to deliver friendly service and assist in preparing pizzas with quality and speed. You may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or both, depending on needs.

As part of our team, you will help ensure fast, accurate service, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support a positive guest experience in a busy restaurant.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.

Essential Functions

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and over the phone
• Prepare food according to company standards, including pizza assembly, baking, and order preparation

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Compensation

Pay Range: $7.25 per hour – $9.25 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.

Physical Requirements
