Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC in McAllen, TX is seeking a Crew Member to provide friendly guest service and help prepare pizza and other menu items. This role may work front-of-house or back-of-house, depending on needs.

You will follow food safety standards, operate POS systems, and work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; reliable and flexible candidates are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.

Compensation

Pay Range: $7 per hour – $10 per hour

This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
