General Overview

Jersey Mike's restaurants are independently owned and operated franchise locations. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wages and benefits. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions are made by the franchisee. Employees will work the front counter, providing customer service, making sandwiches, and interacting with customers and co-workers. Crew members will also perform other store operations tasks. All employees are expected to uphold Jersey Mike's operational standards.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike's high-quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean store and work environment
• Assist in store setup and food preparation
• Ensure food safety and sanitation
• Operate slicer (18+ years old) and tomato slicer (17+ years old)
• Follow directives of the Operations Partner

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Demands

Position involves long periods of standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to perform physical tasks safely and effectively, including using food prep equipment and local travel as needed.
