Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies in Arvada, CO is seeking a Crew Member to support field crews on transportation infrastructure projects. You will assist with ground work, flag traffic, set poles, and clear right-of-way.

This is a 40-hour week with possible overtime and a comprehensive benefits package starting on the first day of employment. Candidates should be physically able to lift up to 80 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn quickly and work effectively with a team.
• Self-motivated, productive, and able to follow directions.
• Must have physical strength, endurance and be comfortable with hands-on work.
• Experience on a construction jobsite is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Flagging traffic to protect work zones.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fill anchor holes.
• Clears undergrowth from right-of-way using hand tools or saws.

Hourly, Full Time

JOB HOURS:

40 Hour Week, Typically M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible variations to accommodate specific project requirements. Occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

Certifications, Licenses
