Position: Crew Member

Our store closes at 8 pm. We do not have hot fryers, ovens, or delivery. We make uncooked pizzas for customers to take home and bake.

Enjoy flexible hours, a great environment, and tips paid to all hourly employees—averaging over $3.00 per hour in tips within our company.

If you prefer mornings and early afternoons, we are looking for food preppers to help prepare for the evening shift.

• Maintaining a clean, uniform appearance and punctuality
• Completing assigned tasks to ensure store operations
• Adhering to performance standards and safety regulations
• Greeting guests and managing orders both in-store and online
• Keeping work areas tidy and stocked

Front of House Responsibilities

• Operating counter stations and assisting guests with menu choices
• Wrapping pizzas, providing baking instructions, and ensuring timely service
• Assisting guests with carry-out and payment transactions

Back of House Responsibilities

• Learning to operate equipment like mixers and sheeters
• Preparing and storing ingredients following standards
• Assisting with dough preparation and product storage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe certification is a plus
• Effective communication and positive relationship skills
• Basic math skills

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and manual handling frequently required
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Punctuality and attendance are essential
