White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers to join our team. You’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service and satisfaction, and motivate and lead the crew on shift, including drive-thru and front lines.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or management experience.
• Friendly, responsible and trustworthy leadership.
• Ability to organize shifts and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage scheduling for crew.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register/POS.
• Manage inventory and oversee customer service quality.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the team on shift.
• Operate fryer/griddle, prepare orders, and ensure sanitation.
• Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment.
