Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage the crew schedule.
• Handle cash and supervise cash registers.
• Oversee inventory, food preparation, and sanitation.
• Lead customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Motivate and guide team members on drive-thru and in-house.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across all duties.
