Job summary

White Castle is hiring a Crew Manager in Illinois to organize shifts, manage inventory, oversee customer service, and lead the team. You will handle cash, operate the drive-thru and POS, and help prepare orders while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Candidates should have prior food service or management experience and demonstrate leadership and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Competitive weekly pay and benefits accompany this role.
