White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will organize shifts, handle cash, oversee inventory, and lead the crew to deliver excellent customer service.

• Experience in food service or management is preferred.
• Ability to organize and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and assign duties to crew members.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register.
• Manage inventory and ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction, motivating the team.
• Lead and coach staff at the front lines, drive-thru and kitchen areas.
• Assist with order preparation and fryer/griddle duties.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!
