Job summary

White Castle is seeking a Crew Manager in Indiana to lead a fast-paced team, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and drive customer satisfaction in a high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates have food service or management experience, enjoy leading teams, and are able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities within a historic, family-owned company.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
