Job summary

White Castle is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. You will organize shifts, manage cash, oversee customer service, and motivate a team while handling drive-thru and kitchen duties.

This role requires 1+ years in food service or management, the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and sanitation in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and schedules.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You'll be joining a Certified Great Place to Work where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
