Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, seeks friendly, energetic Crew Managers in Michigan. You will organize shifts, manage cash and inventory, supervise customer service, and lead the team on the fryers, griddles, and drive-thru.

This is a fast-paced, team‑oriented role within a fourth‑generation family business that values safety and growth. Compensation starts at the minimum rate with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or management experience.
• Ability to organize shifts and manage team.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts for crew members.
• Handle cash and operate cash register.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the team on shift.
• Operate drive-thru and front counter duties.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation.
• Operate fryer/griddle as needed.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

Compensation
