Job summary

White Castle is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers for its longstanding team. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and oversee customer service while motivating the crew and ensuring sanitary standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail management is preferred.
• Ability to organize shifts and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily shift schedules and assign tasks.
• Handle cash, balance tills and process transactions.
• Oversee inventory and stock levels for the restaurant.
• Lead and motivate team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operate fryer/griddle and assist with food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and adher to sanitation standards.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified Great Place to Work where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!
