Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service and satisfaction, and lead the crew through busy service periods, including drive-thru and dining room duties.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and operating fryers/griddles while promoting a safe, customer‑centric

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

• Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
