The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Crew Learning Specialist to support academic growth and youth success in Brookings, SD. The part-time, non-exempt position works with the Learning Lead to provide homework help, reinforce concepts, and run enrichment activities in a safe, engaging learning space.
Responsibilities include supervising members, applying positive behavior strategies, and contributing to program quality in alignment with the Club's mission and values.

The Crew Learning Specialist works alongside the Learning Lead to support the academic growth and success of youth. This position provides homework assistance, reinforces academic concepts, supports enrichment activities and programming, and helps youth build confidence and skills in a positive learning environment. The Crew Learning Specialist is also responsible for actively supervising members, supporting positive behavior, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging program environment. All Boys & Girls Club employees are expected to uphold the Club's Mission, Values, and commitment to Positive Youth Development.
