You will train and motivate crew members, manage equipment like chainsaws and aerial lifts, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in arborist services or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
• Must pass a drug test.
