Job summary

The City of Dallas is hiring a Crew Leader - Sanitation to supervise and coordinate sanitation crews. You will support forestry and park maintenance operations, assist on street repair projects, and oversee operation of lake spillway gates, ensuring safe, efficient city services.

Minimum qualifications include 3 years of heavy equipment operation and a valid driver's license; a high school diploma or GED is required. Supervisory experience is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in heavy equipment operation (e.g., excavator, track/wheeled loader, bulldozer, motor grader, rotoboom).
• Some supervisory/leadwork experience. One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
