Job summary

Valor Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Crew Leader in Cumming, GA. You will lead a field crew, install and maintain storm water protective measures, and coordinate with clients on site.

This role requires construction or landscaping experience and prior leadership. You must be able to work outdoors in all weather, operate heavy equipment, and manage materials and safety protocols; weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or landscaping experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew activities, including site travel, material management, and safety inspections.
• Interact with clients on site to ensure quality.
• Maintain equipment and materials, minimize waste, and ensure timely paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and follow regulations.
