Metrolina Greenhouses is seeking a Crew Leader for the Night Shift to lead a team in completing nightly tasks and reporting results. This outdoor/indoor role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate daily records while coordinating with managers.

You will train team members, run daily briefings, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain a clean, safe work environment across locations.

Position Summary

Job Setting & Physical Demands

This position is primarily outdoors but may be required to work between locations and within an indoor office environment for administrative duties, which may require the use of computers and standard office equipment. Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required. Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens. There are occasional needs to work in confined spaces. Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties. Candidate must have the ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including but not limited to operating the table lifter and get certified and operate on internal vehicles. Employee must have the ability to lift 35 pounds unaided, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
