Job Summary:

The Crew Leader will operate various trucks, trailers, landscaping, and snow removal equipment, oversee 2-4 crew members, and perform landscaping and snow removal tasks on scheduled routes. Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, performing landscaping maintenance, snow plowing, salting, and related duties, with physical demands such as walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working under strenuous conditions. During winter, on-call work includes snow plowing and deicing. The role requires organizational skills, safety awareness, and adherence to protocols.

Work Shift: 5 days/week, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, plus 24/7 during winter weather events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete scheduled routes with a crew of 2-4, ensuring timely completion.
• Operate and inspect trucks, trailers, mowers, loaders, snowplows, and other equipment safely.
• Perform winter snow removal and deicing operations.
• Conduct landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, cleanup, and litter removal.
• Wear uniforms and PPE at all times.
• Review routes and communicate proactively.

Job Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and clean driving record.
• English fluency; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Current D.O.T. Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• At least 2 years of landscaping and snow service experience.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Pass employment and random drug tests.
• Ability to follow GPS and read maps.
• Use smartphone to log work and upload photos.
• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Always wear company-issued uniforms and PPE.
• No smoking while working.
