Responsibilities

• Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
• Monitor job hours, reports, and costs, ensuring alignment with budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with onsite customers.
• Ensure quality and efficiency in work execution.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues in the field to customers.
• Promote additional work through time and material work orders.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment according to company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and train team members on equipment.
• Experience in customer relations and relationship building.
• Minimum one year of experience in commercial contract maintenance.
• Knowledge of plant diseases and treatments.
• Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
