Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training.
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
  • Monitor job hours, reports, and costs to ensure they align with budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with onsite customers.
  • Drive quality and efficiency in work execution.
  • Proactively identify field issues and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Promote additional work through time and material work orders.
  • Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment according to company policies.
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage and train team members on equipment use.
  • Experience working with customers and building relationships.
  • Minimum one year of experience in commercial contract maintenance.
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and treat plant diseases.
  • Knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
