Job summary

White Castle is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service while motivating the crew and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly.
• Energetic, positive team player with strong reliability.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage crew scheduling.
• Handle cash and operate the register during shifts.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction metrics.
